3. Lifetime Access

- In rare cases, if a course is discontinued, the platform may provide alternate content or access.
4. Payments
- We accept online payment methods through approved third-party payment gateways.
- No GST is included in the course prices.
- By completing a payment, you confirm that the information provided by you is valid and accurate.
- All payments made are final (see refund policy below).
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses and instant delivery of lifetime access:
- We do not offer any refunds, partial or full, under any circumstances.
- Once the course is purchased, access is immediately granted, making refunds impractical.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
6. No Chargebacks
Since refunds are not applicable:
- You agree not to request chargebacks from your bank or payment provider after purchasing.
- Any chargeback attempt will be treated as fraudulent activity, and we reserve the right to:

- Take legal action
- Recover all losses, fees, and damages

Any unauthorized use will result in immediate suspension and legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
My Skill School is not responsible for:
- Technical issues, downtime, or platform interruptions
- Loss of data caused by user error
- Actions taken by third-party tools or services
Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
